Pay range: $18.00-$20.00 DOE

Position type: Variable hours – health benefits after 1 year and 1456 hours worked.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age. Must hold a valid Washington State driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year painting experience.
• Minimum maintenance skills.
• Must be able to communicate with entire team to take direction, report issues and perform to job standards.
• Ability to take direction and contribute to a team atmosphere.
• Enthusiastic about customer service.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated: can find work to do without supervision.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail and clean up after yourself.
• No allergies to paint or mineral spirits.
• Dry wall taping and mudding experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, carry loads up stairs, and lift items overhead.
• Constant walking, standing, pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting, kneeling, bending, stooping, and moving during working hours.
• Must be comfortable with ladders and heights.

• Perform painting in rooms, banquet spaces, offices and outside property as needed.
• Perform assigned tasks in a timely manner, using proper materials and tools.
• Perform all assigned tasks using proper procedures to ensure safety.
• Work one late shift as scheduled (9:30am – 6pm). Offer whatever assistance guests and property needs.
• Store supplies and tools in their proper places.
• Answer guests' questions, be knowledgeable about Campbell's services and history, and Lake Chelan recreational opportunities,
• Wear a clean uniform and maintain a clean, well-groomed neat appearance.
• Act as a team member: show enthusiasm and help other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ask for help when you need it.
• Suggest improvements to managers to improve the quality of our guest service.
• Maintain a professional attitude and presence at all times.
• Act as a role model for other staff members.
• Follow all safety standards and use proper personal protective equipment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position with a set schedule. Weekends and holidays may be necessary. Must be flexible and willing to adapt schedule to meet business demands.
