Pay $800.00 weekly salary depending on experience and job performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Communicate to customers the status of their order
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Be able to read and understand the electronic parts catalog
• Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as necessary
• Assist in the collection of payments from customers
• Be willing to work some Saturdays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year work experience with GM auto parts sales
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• OE Connection, Collision Link, Repair Link, My Price Link experience a plus
• Auto Mate DMS experience a plus
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
