Job Summary

As a Senior Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the market and capturing new business for Millennium Space Systems. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be accountable for leading campaign activities for a specific mission area or multiple mission areas as priorities change. The position will report to the Vice President of Business Development.

This position’s internal job code is Marketing & Sales Rep. Our team is currently hiring for levels 4 - 6. 

Job Responsibilities

• Build and lead campaign team to capture key programs in critical mission areas
• Align campaign with overall company strategy in creating a realizable campaign strategy
• Serve as a customer facing focal point for Millennium including at industry days, conferences, and symposiums
• Engage with customer to understand architectures, requirements, acquisition plans, budgets, and key stakeholders
• Create and deliver presentations and white papers to key customers and stakeholders that forward shaping strategies according to capture plan
• Leverage company products, services, processes and operations to support customer requirements, gain competitive advantage and foster business growth
• Analyze the market and competition in order to develop campaign and win strategies
• Develop content for marketing and communication plans including engagements with senior Department of Defense leadership and third party advocacy
• Present campaign strategy, plan, status, and help-needed to Millennium leadership
• Lead proposal development including teaming, win strategies, technical solution, and total proposal submittal documents
• Coordinate new business program plans with Millennium Leadership Team to ensure executability
• Identify investment required for campaign capture and program execution
• Provide inputs to the IRAD team for future capability needs to meet campaign requirements
• Identify business opportunities and promote the value of Millennium portfolio and partnership

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree or higher
  •  Five (plus) years of work-related experience
  •  Strong analytic and research skills - must be detail oriented
  •  Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
  •  Excellent communication skills and ability to develop executive-level briefings
  • Experience leading dedicated and/or matrixed teams in accomplishing project, program, or proposal objectives
  •  This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or higher in a technical or business/economics domain
  • Ten (plus) years of work-related experience
  • Experience in program management and execution including cost and schedule planning and management
  •  Experience with design, development, and/or operations of space vehicles
  • Experience with DoD proposals, Intelligence Community proposals, Foreign Military Sales, and/or Direct Commercial Sales
     

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only of what is reasonably expected to be paid for the position. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay-Range

  • Level 4: $117,300 - $172,500
  • Level 5: $145,350 - $213,750
  • Level 6: $170,850 - $251,250
