Responsibilities
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
  • Utilize various computer systems to update and make changes to policies, and service renewals.
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
  • No insurance experience required. Insurance experience is a BONUS.
  • Be able to navigate and leverage the agency management system to access client information, process policies, and manage insurance-related tasks efficiently.
  • Candidate must be an ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Assess incoming tasks, requests, and inquiries to determine their level of urgency and importance, effectively managing time and resources to meet client needs.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
