Roles and Responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Agent:


  • Follow up with leads to boost sales
  • Cultivate relationships that resonate with our clients to drive more sales
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify their home preferences and needs, then showcase suitable properties
  • Organize open houses to showcase agency listings
  • Manage the entire process from listing properties to closing deals, ensuring a swift and smooth transaction experience
  • Draw in potential clients to generate new business
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community and market conditions to answer inquiries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighboring area


Qualifications for a Real Estate Sales Agent:


  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Exhibit effective organizational and time management abilities
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for the position; we can guide you to obtaining one!

Benefits: Flexible schedule


Schedule: Monday to Friday

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability


Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
