We are actively hiring a Requirements Team Analyst (Talent Acquisition) with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Mission Technology Division working in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition Office (TAO) with the end-to-end business processes associated with the entire talent acquisition life cycle, while enabling TAO to stay abreast of government and commercial best practices, both in the business of talent acquisition and in the latest trends in Information Technology.

Team Responsibilities:
The Requirements Management team is responsible for documenting the to-be state for all Sponsor’s processes, assist the Sponsor with translating business needs into IT requirements within the program, and creating/maintaining the appropriate repositories to collect and manage the system requirements for all TAO IT tools.

Individual Responsibilities:
Work with government IT applications and systems to capture and define system requirements and associated business processes. Work with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements and translate them into system requirements for developers to implement. Translate and document business needs, processes, and procedures into detailed user stories, process charts and workflows, or standard operating procedures. Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure understanding of requirements and support implementation of tools and features that meet user needs. Coordinate with team members to support the full lifecycle of requirements management to include gathering, analyzing, verifying, and validating the needs and requirements for the client system.

Required education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
TS/SCI with polygraph
3+ years of experience gathering and writing business or software requirements within the Intelligence Community (IC)
3+ years of experience working collaboratively with team members, technical staff and engineers, government clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Ability to perform in a high paced work environment with multiple competing priorities.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred skills:
1+ years of experience with business process improvement
1+ years of experience with systems engineering or software development.
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Process and Agile development
Experience with Microsoft Visio
Experience with Agile tools, including Jira, and writing requirements as features or user stories.
