We are actively hiring for Virtual Operations Support with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team working in Northern Virginia. You will be responsible for addressing, supporting and implementing Customer directed duties, tasks and objectives specific to unique Customer projects and programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to conduct research and analysis on large amounts of data through the utilization of USG databases, trace and translation tools, and extensive use of the internet
  • Be able to understand and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) to successfully support client operations in a time-sensitive environment
  • Through on the job training, must become a subject matter expert on operational policies for a 24/7 team and field users
  • Be able to field global queries regarding product requests and approved utilization of technical systems and be willing to train field users virtually on an ad-hoc basis on technical platforms
  • Have a general understanding of basic cyber tradecraft to include knowledge of IP protocols
  • Work travel may be available on an ad hoc basis

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Developmental: 

  • REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 7-10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 1-4 years of IC experience including ability to create, track, deconflict, maintain online profiles and act as technical liaison to operations. Must possess solid understanding of basic cyber tradecraft and working knowledge of IP protocols.

Full Performance: 

  • REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 11-13 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 5-7 years of IC experience including ability to create, track, deconflict, maintain online profiles and act as technical liaison to operations. Must possess solid understanding of basic cyber tradecraft and working knowledge of IP protocols.

Senior: 

  • REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 14-16 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 8-10 years of IC experience including ability to create, track, deconflict, maintain online profiles and act as technical liaison to operations. Must possess solid understanding of basic cyber tradecraft and working knowledge of IP protocols.

Expert: 

  • REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 17+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 11+ years of IC experience including ability to create, track, deconflict, maintain online profiles and act as technical liaison to operations. Must possess solid understanding of basic cyber tradecraft and working knowledge of IP protocols.
