Currently, we are searching for a Flooring Sales Representative in the Columbus area with experience in commercial and residential flooring sales. Our client is a relationship focused flooring and countertop company with multiple locations throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Day 1, you will receive a solid book of established accounts along with a strong territory with opportunity to grow both their B2B and B2C business!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and grow business with local existing accounts. You will have great account managers on your team to help manage your accounts so you can focus on the main thing: SALES!
• Use WARM leads to meet with new customers and close sales.
• Measure and quote carpet and hard surface flooring jobs with small business, residential, and hospitality projects.
• Understand and communicate knowledge of flooring products (carpet, LVP, hardwood, and commercial sheet vinyl) and the flooring installation process to clients/customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in a friendly and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in commercial and residential flooring sales
• 2+ years experience developing new business / building a territory
• Strong knowledge of carpet, LVP, hardwood, commercial sheet vinyls, custom showers, hospitality market, food industry, etc.
• B2B and B2C sales experience (preferred)

COMPENSATION

• On-Target Earnings = $60,000-$80,000
• Base = $40,000-$45,000
