Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, one of the most respected full-service janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in the nation, has an immediate job opening for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Area Manager to join our team! Office Pride is committed to providing quality service and total customer satisfaction. We need like-minded people that can help us grow and be promoted. Bi-Lingual is a plus!

Benefits

• $48,000 - $55,000 per year total compensation (experience and performance dependent)

Qualifications

• 1+ years area manager, supervisor, or team lead experience with a janitorial services company
• Dependable, Eye for Detail, Diplomatic, Organized
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Create team atmosphere to manage front-line cleaners and supervisors with respect and appreciation
• Arrange for open jobs to be cleaned with employees on your team
• On-site training of front-line cleaners
• Visit customer locations to confirm cleaning specs are being met
• 40-45 hours per week primarily on 2nd shift on Mon - Fri with minimal weekend work required
• Reports to Franchise Owner
