The Position: Quality Manager

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain an approved Quality Management System that is compliant with the IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate an audit plan in accordance with the IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Oversee quality procedures, standards and specifications in daily production and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee and coordinate work in the offline repair area with the internal repair team and the customer.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the offline repair area to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relatable field.
  • Professional experience with IATF 16949 requirements and standard, Lead Auditor training certification preferable.
  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in Quality or a relatable department required, 2 of which in a management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and de-escalation skills.
