By providing comprehensive care focused on the whole person, our goal is to establish trust and support quality care for individuals dealing with complex experiences of SMI. Our approach will significantly improve the health and outcomes of those we serve, reducing the need for expensive care while also assisting individuals in accessing available benefits. Our ultimate objective is to become the trusted guide and partner for those we serve, helping them achieve stability and independence.

We believe that by improving the lives of individuals with serious mental illness, we can also enhance the economic situation for managed care plans and states responsible for their care. This allows us to develop scalable solutions that change the way society supports those most affected by serious mental illness.

We are assembling a team of passionate problem-solvers who are willing to take on one of the nation's most challenging healthcare problems. Those who are up for the challenge will find meaningful work, mentorship, and a voice in shaping our business from the start.
