Carolina Ale House is seeking a talented Front of House Managers to join our team in Greenville, SC!

We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team and assist in overseeing daily operations. As the Front of House Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth functioning of our front-of-house operations. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position requiring flexibility with work schedule including working late nights and weekends. The average number of working hours are 55 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house operations, including host/hostess stand, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Provide ongoing training for front-of-house staff to ensure consistency in service and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests and employees.
  • Manage inventory levels of front-of-house supplies.
  • Handle customer complaints and conflicts effectively and professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front of house areas, including dining rooms and restrooms.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Handle financial responsibilities, such as cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and managing petty cash.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff members.
