Overview

We are seeking a Weld Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Whitewater, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong background in leadership and people management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate welding operations
  • Manage a team of welders and provide leadership and guidance
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
  • Operate and maintain CNC Laser Cutter, CNC Plasma Cutter, MIG Welder, Overhead Crane, Press Brake, and TIG Welder
  • Recruit, train, and develop welding staff
Qualifications
  • Experience with CNC Laser Cutter, CNC Plasma Cutter, MIG Welder, Overhead Crane, Press Brake, and TIG Welder
  • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Recruiting and training experience
