Department: Acute Care
Status: Full Time 72 hours per pay period
Shift: Nights 6:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m.
Our Acute Care Department gives employees to the opportunity to learn and develop skills while caring for a multitude of patient types. We provide care for all patient ages, pediatric through geriatric. if you are looking for a great patient mix, the Medical Surgical unit is where you will find it.
Daily patient assignments give you the benefit of caring for the people with various illnesses, surgical needs, and medical needs and also provides an opportunity to utilize multiple procedural skills.
Acute Care CNAs also work closely with our obstetrics department and have the opportunity to care for post-partum patients as well.
There is a great mix of new and very experience staff and the culture is welcoming and warm.
Education: Graduate of accredited nursing aide program
Experience: Hospital experience preferred; CNA experience one (1) year
Licensure/Certification: Current State of Idaho Nursing Aide license; current BLS certification (AHA);
