Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef Manager to oversee our culinary operations. As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction for our customers. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The successful candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative and delicious menu offerings.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in food service management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new techniques and recipes to continually improve the menu offerings.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by enforcing cleanliness and organization standards.
- Handle customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
