Real Estate Buyer'S Sales Agent

You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home

Qualifications:

• Show a track record of real estate success
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends

• A valid real estate license is required
• Must be willing to pursue real estate as a full-time agent
• Enthusiastic and personable with a can-do attitude
• Hungry to learn and coachable
• Competitive nature is very helpful
• Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area!
