Hay Creek Hotels has developed an exciting new position for a Regional Director of Revenue Management to join our growing team of hospitality professionals.

The Regional Director of Revenue Management will work closely with the Vice President of Revenue Management to drive overall revenue goals and strategies at the local hotel levels within the Hay Creek Hotels portfolio of locations. The right candidate will have a great attitude and commitment to learn and grow with the team.

Salary $80k-$100k, based on experience.

Job Summary:

  • Identify and interpret market demand.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive rates and positioning within the market.
  • Month-to-month, quarterly and yearly forecasting.
  • Complete annual hotel room revenue budgets and RevPar index goals.
  • Develop action plans to counteract any market changes.
  • Optimize distribution channels for maximum benefit of penetration.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and control rate strategies and plans.
  • STAR report analysis.
  • Coordinate various activities to further enhance revenue potential.
  • Analyze competitive hotel information and strategies.
  • Maximize overall hotel revenue through effective transient/group inventory and pricing strategies.


  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for multiple properties.
  • Conduct effective virtual meetings with General Managers and the Corporate team.
  • Work with the hotels to ensure coding, tracking and reporting is performed correctly.
  • Ability to supply analysis on effectiveness of long and short-range decisions effecting Rooms Revenue metrics.
  • Such other similar or related duties as may be assigned.
  • Assist in developing the hotel managers so that they become proficient with revenue management within the short-term booking windows.
  • Previous experience with hotel property management systems and Central Reservations systems.
  • Review unconstrained demand and provide pricing recommendations for the optimal mix and segmentation of the business.
  • Ensure distribution channels have accurate content and pricing parity is maintained.
  • Must be able to effectively work remotely.
  • Daily room inventory management.
  • Analyze local events and project their impact across multiple properties.
  • Monitor hotel and competitor rates, availability, strategies, and seasonality and adjust pricing accordingly.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Management reserves the right to assign additional responsibilities as needed.
