Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern residing in the heart of the beautiful mountainsides of West Virginia, steps away from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division's Headquarters. Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community.   

Who are you?   

  • Experienced Contract Administrator: You have 2 or more years of experience in the field of Government contract management, negotiations, finance, subcontract administration, or related fields. You have experience working with FAR, DFARS, and agency regulations, as well as generating and negotiating complex proposals/contracts.  

 

What you’ll do:   

  • Administration of Fusion Technology’s contractual commitments to include commercial and federal, state and local government, consultants, licenses, and other vendor agreements  

  • Manage records of all Fusion Technology agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions  

  • Negotiate key terms and conditions as needed with customers and subcontractors  

  • Maintain accounting system information to accurately reflect contract data  

  • Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish basic performance, contractual, and legal guidelines for assigned contracts  

  • GSA Schedule management; commercial contract support; subcontract administration from requirements definition, solicitation, and source selection through subcontract close-out  

  • Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment dealing with complex contracting matters  

  • Work independently with minimal oversight, research compliance issues, interpret regulations, and formulate recommendations, using knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and other customer regulations 

  • Negotiate the most favorable terms and conditions for Fusion Technology in all its agreements  

  • Reduce risks through negotiation of key terms, the addition of assumptions, or clarifying conditions to proposals or agreements  

  • Solve problems, develop solutions, and assist program managers and business unit leaders in achieving their financial and performance goals and objectives  

 

Work life: 

Times are changing, and a work life balance is even more important than ever. For this position, we are offering a Hybrid work environment. You will be required to work 3 days on-site, but those other 2 days of your week can be remote based! Your available work locations will be: 

  • Bridgeport, WV (Fusion HQ) 
  • Easton, MD (Fusion Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) Division) 
  • Huntsville, AL
