Southernaire Market combines the style, hospitality and quality of a New Orleans style neighborhood grocery with the convenience of the New York City corner bodega. Specialties Include signature house-made delicatessen prepared and packaged to go, exotic sauces, and gourmet products with fluid southern Influence.

We are looking for a dynamic, talented Team Member. Show us your hospitality while you bring a touch of Nashville and essentials to guests of the airport. You will be maintaining high brand standards of hospitality and service, health and safety, security, and product consistency, as well as being part training and development of all Southernaire Market employees. SHIFT:

AM: 3 AM start time, Sunday through Wednesday

WHAT WE CAN COUNT ON FROM YOU

• Minimum one year customer service preferred
• Airport or similar venue retail experience strongly preferred
• Ability to engage, inspire, and effectively influence people
• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including long hours, weekends, holidays, with ability to stay to late or come in early during airport related weather delays and other emergency situations
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, racks and hooks as well as place items on floor, shelves, racks and hooks
• Ability to push/pull receiving equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at floor level and above shoulder height
• Ability to work at a safe and steady pace
• Must be able to pass a background check, and Airport Badging process
