Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.

The Commercial Electrical Foreman is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to job site safety protocols, meticulous project planning, cultivating positive customer relations, efficient material management, rigorous quality control measures, active participation in meetings, adept identification and resolution of conflicts, meticulous organization and planning, the seamless direction of daily workflow, and thorough inspection of installations to uphold superior quality and compliance with safety and code standards.

Job requirements

  • Journeyman is preferred, showcasing a high level of expertise in the electrical field
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ensuring the ability to travel to various job sites safely and efficiently
  • Lift training for safe work at heights, OSHA 10 or 30 certifications for adherence to safety regulations, and CPR/First Aid training to handle emergencies.
  • Desired relevant experience of at least 5 years
  • 6 to 10 years of experiencein commercial electrical work, with a demonstrated track record of supervisory experience, showcasing leadership and management abilities
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
