Job Description
Grid Networks is seeking an Operations Manager. In this role, you will support operations and administrative tasks as part of the customer-facing component of our company. Tasks will involve working with our team of Operations Managers to manage projects, improve business processes and utilize information systems and practices to identify opportunities for improved project execution.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Work with our customers to determine, evaluate and prioritize their requirements
  • Work closely with a team of Operations Managers, Hardware Engineers and Software Engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to our customer’s specifications
  • Work with the Vice President of Operations to monitor project status, identify risks/issues and implement solutions
  • Act as a liaison between Grid Networks, our customers and vendors

Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to learn new technologies and how they can solve unique customer requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree related to business or management, engineering, or computer science

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of project management scheduling and processes
  • Experience creating company and project standard operating procedures
  • PMP or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
  • At least 3-years of work experience
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite 2016 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
