Description
We are seeking an experienced technical and cyber-focused Intel Analyst to work with our national security clients supporting operational requirements on technical mission focused programs.  Analyst will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights. Analyst will demonstrate knowledge of popular social media platforms, social network analysis, and signals collection and development.  They will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. Additionally, they will manage multiple research projects simultaneously and provide on demand briefings and reports to the key decision makers.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data and cyber-related intelligence research, analysis, report writing, and report editing
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fill key roles in a project lifecycle, including: collection strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of your collection plan
  • Preparation and presentation of written and oral briefings to all levels of customer management
  • Potential for limited TDY travel
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
  • Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong writing and briefing skills
  • Familiarity with the customer’s report writing standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and mission partners with minimum supervision
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media communications platforms and cyber network operations
  • Understanding of how to work with large datasets; able to leverage multiple research databases from a variety of collection sources
  • Understand SIGINT methods and dissemination requirements. Understand process, policy and methods of data exchange between national agencies
  • Ability to simultaneously manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for targeting packages
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required or 6 years additional years of relevant experience for this position
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience 
  • Relevant certifications dealing with cyber systems, data analysis, data science, social media analysis, targeting, or desk officer work
  • Prior experience working with Intelligence Community data collection
  • Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations
  • Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings
  • Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region
