Summary of Experience

• No previous experience required. We will train you.

As a Photo Retail Associate, you will:

• Assist in capturing guests’ photographs and creating authentic experiences
• Interact with guests in a professional manner
• Assist in the retail of guest photo products
• Work with the team to achieve optimum results
• Inspire guests to connect

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• ­­Excellent organizational and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a demanding and diverse clientele
• Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to contribute independent thought while working collaboratively
• Ability to communicate with various levels of guests to understand and resolve issues
• Ability to look for and develop long-term solutions and be proactive in addressing the needs of the guests
• Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing weather conditions. This position can be physically demanding, requiring standing, kneeling, bending, walking, climbing stairs and lifting / carrying equipment up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with state and federal laws to assist in carrying out the essential functions
