Members Services

The new premier fitness center in Chattanooga is looking for a face and personality of the club.  The member services person is the first impression of the club.

Duties include:

Meeting and greeting every guest with a smile and a helpful attitude.

Scan members in the club or assist in them doing so

Answer all phone calls in a professional manner

Respond to members questions and concerns in a professional manner

Update member account information where needed

Maintain and orderly and clean environment

Ability to work opening/closing/mid day and weekend shifts where possible

Ability to sign up guests as members

Ability to give guests tours of the facility with excitement and energy

Cross train with Facilities in order to help out with towels and locker room duties if needed

Qualifications:

Reliable, professional, pleasant, energetic, outgoing, and friendly in a genuine way

Interest in health and fitness is required

Communication skills and computer skills are a must
