Duties and Responsibilities:


 Customer Retention:
  •  Maintain key relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction scores are meeting expectations and problem solving when conflict resolution needs arise while keeping consistent and accurate points of contact information for customers.
  • Engage customers on a routine basis.
  • Maintain accurate records, including but not limited to pricing lists, authorized incentives, service agreements and contracts, CRM and system information, points of contact, and similar record needs.
  • Assure customers are properly informed on best use practices as it relates to engaging with other departments of the Employer and service teams.                                                                    

Customer Prospecting:
  • Develop ideal customers (as established by Employer’s senior management team) through referrals and prospecting through networking, visiting, calling, messaging, marketing, and other various means of prospecting while keeping and sharing accurate and measurable data.
  • Develop and utilize common and uncommon referral sources (individuals, organizations, and similar sources).
  • Representing the Employer in a positive way at all times.
Customer Acquisition:
  • Develop, implement, and execute, a measurable mode of converting prospects to customers which aligns with Employer’s goals, policies, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate documentation exchange between employer and customers (W9, insurance, point of contact).
  • Manage onboarding and product information for employer’s brands.
  • Serve as Account Manager, overseeing customer engagement, retention, prospecting, and acquisition.
  • Implement initiatives under the guidance of the employer’s President.
  • Collaborate with division leadership teams on strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Utilize employer-issued systems for tracking daily interactions, conversions, and revenue expansion.

Employee general duties shall also include the following:
  • 70% of general duties include but are not limited to:
  - Develop, implement, and manage protocols and processes to achieve company objectives through SOP standards.
  - Monitor day-to-day, month-to-month, and quarter-to-quarter role performance metrics closely.
  - Uphold, enforce, and promote company-initiatives, prioritizing them over individual or personal initiatives.
  - Deliver timely reports from the managed area to the immediate supervisor, ensuring efficient company functioning.
 
  • 20% of general duties include but are not limited to:
  - Collaborate with employer’s senior management and team members to develop additional services or product lines.
  - Conduct promotional and customer retention efforts.
  - Collaborate with team members for general program initiatives during planned events or arising needs.
 
  • 10% of of general duties include but are not limited to:
  - Collaborate with employer’s team members throughout the business when additional support is needed.
