NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER (RADIUS ENGINEER , SME)25 % TRAVEL (75% Remote work)
The Government anticipates travel under this effort to perform the tasks associated with the effort, as well as to attend program-related meetings or conferences throughout US.
The total estimated number of trips in support of the program related meetings for this effort is once per month (estimated at three to five days in duration)

Bella requires Sr. Security Network engineer (Security RADIUS Engineer).  Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) engineers will engineer, design, implement and troubleshoot the VA’s RADIUS implementation with a focus on Security across the county in VA owned and leased spaces. Projects will include enhancements to security, transition to IPv6, automation, design, and configuration planning of new equipment. They will lead implementations with multiple VA teams to accomplish mission goals.  This LCAT has been identified as resident engineer.  Resident engineer must meet the following requirements:

1.         Expertise with Cisco security specializing on Palo Alto networks, and Adaptive Security Appliances
2.         Expertise with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level Radius operations.
3.         Expertise in Automation of deployment, vulnerability remediations, updates and configuration of Radius systems
4.         Expertise with oversight of a team running a trouble ticket system.
5.         Demonstrated success using modern DevOps methods and tools including automated testing tools and monitoring tools.
6.         Expertise in 802.1X based on X.509 Certs and device profiling.
7.         Minimum Education Level - Current CCIE Security Certification
8.         Minimum 15 years’ experience as a networking security engineer spanning multiple locations.
