Telephone Rep/Office Help (2 part time positions)

If you've never worked in an office and want experience - we will still meet with you! We're the top roofing contractor in the capital region, and we are looking to add you to our awesome office team. This position is evenings only the hours for arrival are flexible, we need someone in the afternoons here until 8pm on weekdays. See schedule below. The exact days you'd work can be adjusted as were looking to fill the shifts below.

Pay/Information:

• This is an EVENINGS office position (open until 8:00pm)
• WEEKEND RATE: $25 PER HOUR
• WEEKDAY RATE: $18 PER HOUR

Schedule (2 positions available/flexible on arrival time weekdays):

• Thursday, Friday,(2:00-8:00pm) & Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2:00pm to 8:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls
• Make outgoing calls to customers to schedule appointments for our estimators - no, not cold calling.
• Data entry - input customer information into our system
• Entries into our estimator schedule/scheduling customer appointments
• Confirming future appointments
• Occasional scanning, emailing, copying, mailing and other general office duties as needed

Must be able to work independently and have the ability to multitask. On weekends you will have very little to no supervision - but we're always available for questions.
