Entry Level Candidates start at $15 per hour ($31,000 per year) and earn up to $10,000 in commission in their first year. May make up to $41,000 per year with hourly wage plus commission to start.


Experienced candidate's base pay is $20 per hour ($41,600 per year) and earns $10,000+ in commission. The sky is the limit! The more hard work you do, the greater your payout will be. May make up to $51,600+ per year with hourly wage plus commission plus experience.

Responsibilities
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • With your excellent rapport-building talents, youll be building clientele via telephone prospecting, cold-calling, and warm leads.
  • Working with our management team, youll be setting and achieving sales goals.
  • Utilizing your negotiation skills, youll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.

Requirements
  • An Active Maryland Property & Casualty License is Required
  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette
