Psychologist Requirements:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an accredited institution required.
- State licensure as a psychologist required.
- Must be willing to see children and adults
- Specialized certifications or training in relevant therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus.
- Experience working with those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions and stressors.
- Competence in psychological, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological testing is a plus.
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in mental health care.
- Ability to provide a minimal amount of evening or weekend therapy hours is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments of Ross Center clients
- Provide individual therapeutic services to adults using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), DBT, ACT, and others
- Participate in our Testing and Assessment program, if interested
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals in the center, including other therapists and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, providing a note for every encounter
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings
- Stay current with best practices in adult and/or child psychology
- Other duties as assigned

This full or part-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate psychologist who specializes in working with adults diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, and behavioral problems.
A Psychologist plays a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services to patients. The Psychologist is responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and developing treatment plans to support patients in their mental and emotional well-being.
