Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 6 months of travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color, no denim, closed toe shoes required.

Equipment in department: GE Proteus Siemens Luminos Agile Fuji DR GO Portable All Fuji DR plates C-arms: GE 9900 plus and Brivo Toshiba Prime 80 CT scanner - ONLY 4 YEARS OLD!! Meditech RIS Fuji Synapse PACS

Requested time off during the course of this assignment Must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved.

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

2 years CURRENT acute care hospital experience - Required

CT experience required - Please note CT experience on profile.

High proficiency in C-Arm, Fluoroscopy, PACS and IV Placement - Required.

Shift Notes: Days 40hr Guarantee/Weekends required.

Weekend Requirements: Required/Holiday coverage also required if needed.

On Call Requirements: Limited on-call hours possible.

“NH License of medical imaging and radiation therapy” is needed or compact license is also allowed.

Maximum days off: 5 days
