Job Description

i360technologies is providing Program Management services to complement, enhance, augment, and provide surge capacity to our client’s Project Management Office (PMO). Examples of activities include provide recommendations for continuous process improvements, assist in management of projects, or a portion of project tasks, translating and composing information into clear, readable documents, reports, or briefings to be used by technical and non-technical personnel, assess the status of stakeholder support, identify issues, and develop recommendations to address identified issues to help resolve and manage risks, vetting and validating requirements against system fit, provide Subject Matter Expertise in system implementation testing phases, Change management, and Configuration management.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and document quality standards across the project to assure and deliver project delivery quality.
  • Plan, deploy Project Quality Management Systems (QMS) to align and meet ISO or other industry standard requirements and specifications for the project.
  • Review and monitor processes and procedures across configuration and maintenance of project tools and infrastructure.
  • Facilitate the linkage between management objectives and the operational processes.
  • Providing quality assurance and quality control services to projects.
  • Conduct QMS reviews and audits.
  • Where required, conduct root cause analysis and identify corrective or preventative action associated with audit findings.
  • Draft relevant governance documents, such as support services management plans or governance plans.
  • Review program documents such as the Project Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Transition Plan, Communication Management Plan, or other subsidiary project plans.
  • Liaise with the PMO, Technical, or Functional teams to ensure clear communication is delivered to customers on time and to standard.
  • Share knowledge of governance, quality assurance, and risk with the Project Team.
  • Coach and deliver training on effective quality assurance to project staff.
Qualifications

  • Ten (10) or more years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9000/9001 or similar quality management standards or framework.
  • PMP Certification (preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (minimum).

  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday
