As a Product Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our medical devices are supported and efficiently utilized by healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to healthcare professionals regarding our medical devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues by conducting research, diagnosing problems, and guiding users through corrective steps.
