Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues
- Accurately input and update customer information in the agency's database
- Collaborate with team members and insurance agents to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Educate customers on insurance coverage options and policy details
- Process policy changes, payments, and claims according to established procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with basic office software
