Job Description
This position reports to the Controller of the company and is responsible to provide accounting and administrative support to all areas of the Finance organization as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Filing and scanning for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Processing transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Reconciling cycle counts.
· Assisting with physical material inventories.
· Assisting with internal audits.
· Reconciling fixed assets.
· Creation of spreadsheets and presentation data to support Finance.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· May be required to support various meetings and assist in data gathering for the Finance Organization.
Requirements:Education:
Must have high school diploma or GED
Enrolled in College/University working on a BBA.
Experience:
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
Any prior work experience will be a plus
