Job Title: Service Support Specialist

Reports to: Service Director
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Support Specialist to join our team at CV Technology, based in Jupiter, FL. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and ensuring smooth operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, and maintain calendars for service department personnel.
- Interact with customers and clients, handling service appointments, inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
- Generate and provide quotations to facilitate service visits.
- Enter and manage data in relevant systems, including customer information, service requests, and work orders.
- Compile and generate reports on service department activities as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between the service department and internal/external entities.
- Process work orders and billing information, forwarding to internal departments for invoicing.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring service performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy in work orders, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain records related to safety training and certifications.
- Utilize relevant software and tools for efficient data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Full time- in person
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Outstanding Microsoft Suite skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook Calendar
- Proficient in multitasking
- Strong time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Team player
- Familiarity with Epicor is a plus
- Schedule is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
