Sales Operations Supervisor - DSU

The role directs the development and implementation of business performance activities including assessment of both internal and external business environments, drafting necessary strategies, goal objectives and plans, ongoing analysis, and the communication of plans to key stakeholders across multiple Auto Club Enterprise markets. Consults and advises executive management in the development, formulation and strategic planning of long and short-range plans, policies, programs, and objectives, providing consultation and recommendations to executive management on key policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Represents and makes business decisions on behalf of the Vice President while initiating, chairing, or participating in various meetings and working groups.

  • Develops plans and procedures to ensure that products and services conform to established customer and company quality and efficiency standards.

  • Responsible for managing all phases and types of analysis and research of major importance and complexity to make recommendations to executive staff and other business units.

  • Oversee the development, implementation and administration of all sales compensation plans within the multiple Auto Club Enterprise businesses supported by this manager.

  • Accountable for the day-to-day management and overall administrative processes for the business including but not limited to management and reconciliation of budgets, marketing plans and acting as a liaison between the business and other departments in support of operational and organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work required.

  • MBA or equivalent combination of education and work preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in an area such as financial analysis, business performance, operations management, sales management or similar scope required.

  • 5+ years advanced experience in an ACE property and casualty insurance sales and or life insurance sales business preferred.

  • 5+ years of management experience preferred.

  • Experience managing multi-location / multi-state projects and / or organizations preferred.

  • Financial analysis skills including proven ability to accurately compile, analyze, and provide reporting for large quantities of complex data required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Additional computer software skills such as MS Project, Publisher and Access preferred.

  • Advanced presentation skills and the ability to interface with executive and senior management required.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$114,800.00 - $153,100.00

Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
