We're looking for an Events Coordinator, Field Marketing to support our Marketing team.

Job Summary

As the Field Marketing Events Coordinator, you will support the field marketing strategy to execute field events, trade shows, conferences, and virtual events. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing on the marketing team. You'll bring 2+ years of hands-on event project management experience, strong coordination, and prior event tactical execution to manage event logistics. You'll work in a collaborative setting with the marketing team, and will have worked with project management software, such as Wrike, Asana, or a similar project management tool. The right candidate is looking for a progressive company culture that they can make impact, not another cog in the wheel.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and manage event and sponsorship logistics
  • Coordinate event assets, such as presentations with product marketing, campaigns and creative teams
  • Work cross-collaboratively with the marketing team
  • Measure and analyze field marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Support Senior Manager, Field Marketing
  • Oversee on-site program/tradeshow operation

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3 years of B2B field marketing leadership experience working for a tech or services organization
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, demand generation strategies, and sales processes.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Has managed and coordinated event logistics; attendee registration and advertising sponsorships.
  • Experience in executing virtual events is a plus, such as using Zoom, Cvent or similar video applications.
  • Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Computer skills in Adobe and similar applications is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua is a plus
  • Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Asana or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $44,000 to $76,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
