Are you ready to make a difference in customer service? Pro Staff in the Brainerd Lakes Area is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a temporary, full-time Service Coordinator. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to train our client's HPBX voice customers on the proper use of voice and hosted-type services. You'll work closely with customers to ensure an exceptional experience, emphasizing attention to detail, communication, organizational skills, and product knowledge. Ongoing training will play a crucial role in your success.


Hours: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $20/HR


The ideal candidate for the Service Coordinator position should possess a diverse set of skills and abilities. This includes proficiency in prioritizing and organizing multiple work assignments, as well as the ability to work effectively under occasional stressful situations and handle frequent interruptions with ease. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential, with experience in Access & Visio considered advantageous. Additionally, candidates should have an A.A. degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Possession of a valid MN Driver's License with a good driving record is also required for this role.
