Leasing Consultant- Interview & Start Next Week

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our client in a property management company in the Silver Spring, MD area.
  • Due to growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivated Leasing Consultant.
  • This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate!
  • Schedule varied - weekends availability is a must.
  • Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour.
  • Position is 100% in office.

Overview of the Leasing Consultant role:

  • Responsible for leasing, renewing leases, lease interpretation and analysis and coordinating documentation flow for all leasing activities.
  • Negotiate and draft leases; lease addendum and modifications; other documents as required for our portfolio of properties.
  • Keep ownership updated on current status of leases, including terms of leases and process of approving any new lease terms.
  • Process and administer all lease contracts.
  • Provide world class tenant and vendor support.
  • Work with property management and construction personnel to ensure the Company exceeds tenant expectations from execution of the lease to occupancy of the space.
  • Advise tenants on all matters relating to leasing, contracts and development.

Preferred Qualifications for the Leasing Consultant:

  • 2-3 years experience in leasing
  • Experience with RealPage is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
