Job Details


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations.
  • Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary, presenting new ideas to increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set company strategy and direction, translating this into operational goals.
  • Provide leadership to all operations departments, including HR, Finance, IT, and Risk Management.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Drive the company’s risk management strategy, identifying and mitigating all operational risks.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all operations meet regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
