Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire ASM/Service Advisors, Writers, to guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on auto service options and costs, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customer satisfaction and more.

Responsibilities - Automotive ASM/Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, and schedule service appointments.
- Greet customers and answer questions, follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure the customer is satisfied
- Maintain high CSI score
- Perform other duties may be assigned
Requirements - Automotive ASM/Service Advisor:
- Automotive Service Advisor experience and high CSI score is preferred
- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic and pays attention to details
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
