AAMCI-Management, Inc. in Hephzibah, GA is looking to hire a full-time Property Maintenance Technician to preserve the long-term value and desirability of our community. Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm $18.00 per hour, On-call premium pay.

Required skills set needed are basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, turn-key and overall general maintenance.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Units turns to achieve rent-ready status within 3 - 5 days of vacancy
• Complete daily work orders
• Complete preventive maintenance
• Painting, plumbing and electrical
• Drywall repair
• Maintain and clean property grounds
• Assist with apartment inspections
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, and inventories

Qualifications necessary for success:

• Valid driver's license
• Experience with hand tools
• Painting
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Drywall repair
• Reliable transportation
