We have been open since 2009 and have been the most productive salon in client count (regular and new) and in gross sales in the Mid- Atlantic region since we opened!! We are growing fast! The ideal candidate should be a licensed hair stylist and have a passion for the beauty industry, building their own team, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\n * Overall management and supervision of salon operations.
\n * Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
\n * Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
\n * Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
\n * Collaborate with the Team Leaders to achieve revenue and sales goals.
\n * Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\n * A valid Maryland state cosmetology or barber license.
\n * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
\n * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
\n * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
\n * Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
\n * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
\n * Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
