This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for delivering sales training programs to associates on Group insurance products including dental, vision, and hearing, Benefit Ed, and new products as they are developed.

What you do
- Deliver all aspects of assigned sales training and development, including but not limited to facilitating classroom and/or e-learning presentations.
- Manage training projects including the functions, reporting progress, and following the project through to completion.
- Communicate with management to recommend training enhancements.
- Update current training material.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you bring
- Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience required.
- 0-2 years related experience required. Previous Training or Teaching experience is preferred.
- Previous insurance experience is a plus.
- Ability to conduct in-person trainings 3-5 times per year required.
