This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
*This position will train 100% in office then move to a hybrid work environment.

The Sr Licensing Analyst is responsible for providing internal system support, report management and analysis, and quality customer service to field offices administrative staff, Dental and Vision producers/representatives, and other partners in our Dental & Vision Group Division. This position is essential for the measurements of sales and reporting of the quality of the field force.

What you do

• Accumulates, reports, and analyzes sales data to identify field performance trends to conduct market studies; provides production projections, and coordinating marketing information needs with system modifications or changes.
• Troubleshoots complex issues relating to customer service, technology, and processes. Serves as a point of escalation for the team on field related issues.
• Delivers excellent customer service to our internal and external partners.
• Collaborates with other departments to provide and assist with management information and reporting needs.
• Provides individualized and group training sessions as needed for internal and external customers as related to field performance.
• Monitors and modifies systems for industry and company awards.
• Provides audit support for field operations.
• Additional duties as required.

What you bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years Related Experience required.
• Ability to develop and interpret broker contracts.
• Strong mathematical, technical and computer skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and operates with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management/prioritization skills.
