This position is full-time. Employees are required to be in the office 3 days (hybrid office) a week and to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 169 INVERNESS DRIVE Englewood, CO.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the Key Accounts New Business Pre-sale process for Medical and Specialty (Ancillary) products to achieve increased profitable revenue growth
  • Manage due dates to produce a correct and timely proposal
  • Scrub and Analyze case information (RFPs, RFIs) to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  • Enter detailed proposal data into Solaris (Salesforce) and submit to Rating and Underwriting
  • Obtain missing information from the brokers/consultants
  • Coordinate case strategy and underwriting issues with the Account Executive
  • Request and coordinate the Geo Access reports, Disruption reports, Repricing reports, and other ad - hoc requests
  • Modify Benefit Summaries
  • Perform Quality review on proposal / financial documents
  • Educate Brokers on New Business requirements (general training and case - specific coaching)
  • Participate in special projects, as requested by management
  • Provide New Business Process subject matter expertise
  • Multi - task and handle heavy workloads at busier times of year
  • Primary Support and Administrative Resource for Key Accounts Sales & Account Management Team including UMR
  • Create/maintain calendars/coordinate meetings avoiding scheduling conflicts
  • Create/prepare meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint deck, agendas, meeting notes, etc.) and ensure distribution to appropriate individuals
  • Schedule, coordinate, and/or set up resources and technology (e.g., conference rooms; food; Teams Meetings; Telepresence) needed for meetings/events (e.g., training)
  • Make travel arrangements (e.g., airline, hotel; ground transportation; office space assignment) for meeting attendees (e.g., external customers; executives), process expense reports and submit invoices
  • Coordinate and assist with offsite broker/client events
  • Facilitate/Oversee Office Operations for Key Accounts
  • Perform Business Segment Liaison (BSL) activities as needed (e.g., hardware/software acquisition/disposal)
  • New Employee Onboarding
  • Maintains budget adherence for Promotional Items and Printing
  • Enter and submit orders into relevant systems (e.g. ARIBA) to purchase office supplies, toner, and/or giveaway orders from pre-approved vendors
  • Maintain awareness of potential issues and/or repairs needed within the office environment (e.g., office equipment; HVAC; cleaning; security; furniture services) and coordinate/oversee maintenance and repair
  • Ensure employees/contractors receive access and guidance with office operations
  • Provide coverage for mail and UPS needs

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Colorado Health and Life Insurance License within 90 days of employment
  • 2+ years of administrative support to senior leadership in a corporate setting
  • 1+ years of Sales Support experience (i.e. inside sales, sales admin, sales coordinator, sales operations, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
  • Experience handling all aspects of meeting production and organization; scheduling, catering, room preparation, etc.
  • Proficient level of Microsoft Office suite including Word (creating templates and edit), Excel (ability to filter, sort, create, save, format spreadsheets), Outlook (ability to open and send emails, create meetings, and calendar maintenance) and PowerPoint (create and edit presentations and present)

Preferred Qualifications:v

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Concur and Ariba
  • Salesforce experience (ability to search, edit, add data, daily functions)
  • Healthcare Insurance Industry experience
  • Working experience with RFP's (Requests for Proposals)
  • Business Segment Liaison (BSL) or onboarding experience or ability to become certified as a UnitedHealthcare BSL
  • Proven to be a polished demeanor and be comfortable working with people at all levels
  • Proven ability to provide high quality, consistent services to the various leaders within the department

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $23.22 to $45.43 per hour.
