Location: 300 Burnett St, Fort Worth, TX 76102

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests via phone, email, chat, and walk up
• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure prompt employee/agent resolution
• Print Operations (ensure print jobs are completed and delivered)
• Documentation (document resolutions to common issues)
• Hardware provisioning (ship peripherals to new hires and employees as needed)

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience in a technical support role with direct customer support experience
• 1+ years of experience with computer systems, hardware, and software
• Ability to work 40 hours/week between 7:00am-7:00pm Monday - Friday & 7:00am - 1:00pm Saturday
• Ability to be on call for 1 week every 4 weeks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience supporting Macs
• Experience supporting mobile devices

Soft Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
