Assists in the implementation and maintenance of programs, systems, and procedures necessary to ensure the overall safety and security of employees. Participates in and schedules employee MSHA training and conducts contractor hazard training. Facilitates and participates in emergency preparedness training, maintains documentation and applicable databases. Works under the direction and supports the Safety Manager.Key Responsibilities Assist with safety trainings Maintains and coordinates all safety and training records Maintains all rescue team and CPR records Ensures that all Enablon records are maintained and completed in a timely manner Assist withKPI trackingand creates graphs as neededTypical Education High School Diploma or GEDRelevant Experience Safety experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Organization and Time Management skills is a must Experienced with training and speaking in front of others is a plusOther InformationWillingness to learn and expand knowledge in a broad range of regulatory areas.
