Occupational Therapist (OT) - Estacada, OR

Soliant is dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive educational environment for students in Estacada, OR. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT)to join our team for the remainder of the school year.

Position Overview: As a School-Based OT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the diverse needs of our students. Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals, you will assess and address the individual needs of students to enhance their participation in various school activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' functional abilities and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support the integration of therapy goals into the classroom environment.
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregonstate licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with children and promoting their overall well-being.
