Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Local company near John Wayne Airport is seeking an Office Assistant/ Receptionist

This will be onsite, Monday to Friday 8AM-PM- dog on premise

Must have recent work experience in an office setting

Duties will consist of the following:

Answer phones/emails

* Book reservations (charters / events)
* Proctor knowledge tests
* Recordkeeping/filing
* Create training folders for students
* Create training proposals
* Answer inquiries regarding training courses/rates, charters, events.
* Order office supplies and flight training materials
* Special projects as assigned
Answer incoming calls, taking messages and ordering lunch for staff

1-2 recent work experience
Word, Excel and Data Entry skills
